Babich & Assoc. is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor & Closer to join their team in Weatherford, Texas. This role involves processing and closing mortgage loans while ensuring compliance and accuracy in a family-friendly work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Process and close mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance from start to finish
  • Prepare Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures in accordance with regulatory timelines
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of TRID & RESPA rules and regulatory requirements
  • Manage a steady pipeline of loans
  • Coordinate with third party companies to facilitate timely closings
