The Mortgage Branch Manager at Federal Bank leads a small team focused on mortgage operations and sales in Las Vegas. This role involves strategic leadership, compliance oversight, and fostering strong customer relations while driving branch growth and managing loan production.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of mortgage loan officers and support staff
  • Drive branch growth through recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management
