Overview

The Mortgage Branch Manager at First National Bank Texas is responsible for leading the mortgage initiatives and managing loan officers within the Fayetteville area. This role includes recruiting, training, and mentoring loan officers to achieve production goals while collaborating with the marketing department to enhance mortgage growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage key initiatives for the First Community Mortgage business
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage loan officers
  • Work with marketing to create strategic plans for mortgage growth
  • Mentor loan officers to exceed production levels
  • Establish bank territories for loan officers
  • Manage adherence to marketing budgets
  • Provide ongoing reports on goals and monthly closings
  • Develop curriculum for Weekly Sales Meetings
  • Foster relationships with local realtors and builders
  • Analyze results and make recommendations for improvement
  • Host meetings for idea sharing among loan officers
  • Travel to home office and other branches as required
