Overview

Weichert Financial Services is looking for a Mortgage Loan Advisor for Company Generated Sales (MA-CGS) to originate residential mortgage loans from various company-generated leads. This role can be performed in a hybrid or remote setting and involves customer engagement through outbound calls using Weichert's sales tools and strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Originate residential mortgage loans from company-generated leads
  • Develop relationships with open house prospects and provide timely follow-up
  • Make a high volume of outbound prospecting and fulfillment calls
  • Conduct needs analyses to recommend appropriate mortgage options
  • Prepare and submit complete mortgage loan packages for underwriting
  • Collaborate with Processing and Underwriting personnel for efficient loan fulfillment
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance objectives and service levels
  • Maintain all mortgage loan origination licensing requirements
  • Field customer complaints and provide problem resolution

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Individual state loan originator license(s)
  • 3 to 4 years of retail mortgage loan origination or mortgage operations experience
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Inside seller/contact center experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage software products
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good math skills
