Perform removal and set up of molds, secondary and auxiliary equipment per set up documentation2. Ensure that material packaging and supporting equipment are in place and ready to complete the set up and start production3. Clean loaders, grinders, and hoppers along with other auxiliary equipment and area surrounding the press4. Load and unload material according to specifications5. Assure scrap issues are recorded and addressed and corrected in a timely manner6. Communicate with company employees in a positive, team-oriented manner7. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping and standards8. Must have strong written and verbal communication skillsa.
