Job Description

Overview

The Module Development Engineer at INTEL will drive technology development for both high volume manufacturing and future technology. This role involves process integration, equipment solutions, and feasibility studies aimed at meeting desired device specifications while leading the design of sophisticated manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of manufacturing processes and repair reverse engineering.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and make recommendations for equipment modifications to improve production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with equipment and materials suppliers for technology development.
  • Perform pathfinding activities to support process and hardware development.
  • Stay updated on industrial process trends and develop future process technology roadmaps.

Required skills

  • PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or rela
  • 4+ years of experience with a PhD, 6+ years with a Master's, or 9+ years with a Bachelor's in semiconductor manufacturin
  • Hands-on experience in dry etch semiconductor manufacturing and process development.
  • Expertise in plasma etch fundamentals and statistical analysis using tools like JMP, Python, or MATLAB.
  • Experience with advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment.
  • Preferred experience with advanced dry etch technologies and device architectures.
