Overview

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a full-time Mobile Maintenance Technician to support their clients in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio and Northern Kentucky region. The role requires a diverse set of skills including general maintenance, light electrical and plumbing work, and HVAC support, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and community service.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general building maintenance including timely repairs and scheduled maintenance
  • Complete work in light electrical, plumbing, and general systems maintenance
  • Troubleshoot general building repair issues
  • Support small project work and special projects
  • Conduct periodic safety inspections and proactive facilities requests
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities
  • Manage truck stock and inventory according to company guidelines
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Use computer systems to monitor work orders
  • Other assigned tasks

Required skills

  • 2+ years experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Self-management and high accountability
  • Effective communication and time management skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair
