If you are looking for a team that values you and your career potential, our teams are here to support your growth potential. tdgFacilities is looking for a Full-Time Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio / Northern Kentucky area to help serve our clients in the region. This role requires knowledge of corrective, preventative, and routine repair and maintenance procedures which may include general carpentry, light electrical/plumbing, painting, and other general maintenance tasks. Experience with basic HVAC filter changes and preventative maintenance support is a plus. Additional skill sets such as commercial garage door repair, drywall and light construction experience are a plus. This position includes a company vehicle. Schedules are generally between 7:30am and 4:30pm, with occasional on-call rotation duties (shared throughout the team). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician: Perform general building maintenance including timely on demand repairs and scheduled maintenance Complete work in general skilled areas including light electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general systems maintenanceTroubleshoot general building repair issuesSmall project work / provide special project supportConduct periodic safety inspections, and other proactive facilities requestsMaintain and use tools and equipment properlyMaintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activitiesMaintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelinesDevelop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetingsUse computer to modify and monitor work order management systemOther tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS - Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician: 2+ years experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance ServicesStrong mechanical aptitudeDetail oriented and highly organizedAbility to self-manage and deliver services with a high degree of quality/accountabilityEffective communication and time management skillsMust be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and have a valid drivers license.
