Overview

As a Mobile Donation Receiver at KARM Stores, you will play a vital role in supporting the mission of Knox Area Rescue Ministries by interacting with donors and receiving their contributions. This position requires a focus on creating a positive donor experience while maintaining an organized and welcoming environment at the mobile donation trailer.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet donors at the mobile donation trailer with a positive and welcoming attitude
  • Receive donated items carefully and respectfully
  • Organize and store donations to preserve their quality
  • Provide a friendly donor experience and share information about KARM Stores
  • Issue donation receipts accurately and promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the trailer location
  • Record and manage donation activity as required
  • Represent KARM Stores professionally in all donor interactions
  • Live out KARM Stores' mission and core values
