Overview

Network Runners is looking for a Military Personnel Support Specialist to work with the Office of the Undersecretary of War Research & Engineering. This role is vital in maintaining unit readiness and ensuring compliance with personnel regulations, requiring an active TS/SCI clearance.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Military Personnel Advisor to OUSW(R&E) leadership
  • Provide strategic manpower and personnel counsel regarding Joint Force management
  • Execute comprehensive military personnel actions including promotions, assignments, and separations
  • Manage unit manpower requirements and personnel records accuracy
  • Implement and advise on personnel management policies
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for military and civilian personnel
  • Manage specialized workforce programs and professional development opportunities
  • Assist in compliance and operational support tasks

Required skills

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in total force personnel programs
  • Knowledge of Department of the Air Force personnel systems
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
