Job Description

Overview

The Milieu Manager at Foundry Treatment Center is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that quality services are delivered to clients while coordinating staffing and regulatory compliance. This role includes training, supervision, and support for BHT staff in a clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily workflow and ensure quality patient care
  • Coordinate with departments for staffing and compliance
  • Train, supervise, and mentor BHT staff
  • Maintain therapeutic rapport with clients and ensure safety
  • Conduct staff evaluations and performance reviews
  • Oversee staff scheduling and coverage during crises
  • Lead team meetings and communicate updates effectively
  • Collaborate with HR for onboarding and compliance
  • Update policies and procedures alongside department heads

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human services preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical program management
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience
  • QMAP certification or ability to obtain within 60 days
  • CPR certification
  • Valid non-restricted Driver's License
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and problem-solve
