Job Description

Overview

The Milieu Manager at Foundry Treatment Center is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team and ensuring that quality services are delivered to clients in alignment with the organization's mission and vision. This role entails coordinating staffing needs, providing training and supervision for Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT), and ensuring regulatory compliance within the clinical setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily workflow and ensure quality service delivery to clients
  • Coordinate staffing needs across departments
  • Provide training, supervision, and oversight of BHT staff
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
  • Assist with client assessments regarding safety and emotional needs
  • Oversee staff scheduling and employee onboarding
  • Conduct employee evaluations and performance improvement discussions
  • Lead BHT team meetings
  • Update policies, procedures, and training materials in collaboration with other departments
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and 42CFR Part 2

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of management experience in clinical settings
  • Supervisory experience of at least one year
  • QMAP certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
  • CPR certification
  • Valid, non-restricted Driver's License
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to various software
