Job Description Job Description The Mild Steel Fabricator will be an integral part of our production team. You will use basic metal forming tools and techniques to manufacture window treatment hardware components as well as custom metal products with customer satisfaction as top priority.RESPONSIBILITIESManufacture and fabricate finished metal products.Install and repair various equipment and components.Calculate material measurements to verify specifications.Inspect and test fabricated products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.Adhere to all safety protocols including the use of protective gear and equipment.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.Ensure work areas are clean, safe and organized.QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or equivalent.At least two (2) years of previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields.Familiarity with welding tools and procedures.Familiarity with metal forming tools and equipment.Ability to handle physical workload and handle heavy materials up to 50lbs.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work.Knowledge of safe working practices and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).BENEFITSMost importantly we offer a "Life first" schedule.
