Overview

Wilo EMU USA LLC is seeking a Midwest Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Water Management business, specifically focusing on water infrastructure and wastewater systems. This role is suited for a technically adept sales leader with a proven track record in building relationships and leading complex sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive profitable growth
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, consulting engineers, contractors, OEMs, and end users
  • Drive specification activity and expand market share within the Water Management segment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Support large-scale projects, tenders, RFPs, and technical proposals
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales activity documentation and pipeline management
  • Lead channel partner engagement plans and regional growth initiatives
  • Support new product development (NPD) growth initiatives within the region

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Discipline, or Business Management preferred
  • 10 years of experience selling technical or industrial products
  • Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, wastewater treatment technology, fluid mechanics, mixing technology, and pump sy
  • Experience with long-cycle project sales preferred
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and strategically
  • Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the assigned territory
