Overview

Eden Foods Inc is seeking a Midwest Regional Sales Manager to oversee relationships and merchandising efforts for natural food products in the Midwest U.S. The role is critical for achieving sales goals through collaboration with internal teams and external brokers, with a focus on effective communication and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

  • Organize, prioritize, and collaborate to create strategic relationships within supply chain systems.
  • Develop working relationships to ensure Eden items are available and well merchandised.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Focus on strategy and tactics to nourish relationships and achieve merchandising goals.
  • Gather and qualify prospect and customer data.
  • Manage and train brokers, ensuring they understand Eden Foods' offerings.
  • Stay updated on the food industry and company products.
  • Maintain and update company data and records proactively.
  • Provide accurate sales projections and updates to Accounting.
  • Coordinate promotional budgets with HQ and brokers.
  • Ensure compliance with company terms and conditions in all dealings.
  • Help oversee the protection of Eden Foods' intellectual property.
