Overview

Mueller Christensen LLP is seeking a Mid-Senior Litigation Associate with over 5 years of experience to manage litigation cases and mentor junior attorneys. This role requires a skilled litigator adept in handling depositions, court appearances, and case management within a supportive and flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Command written discovery
  • Take and defend depositions independently
  • Draft, argue, and defend motions
  • Appear in court prepared to advocate
  • Manage cases from initial pleadings through resolution or trial
  • Supervise and develop junior attorneys

Required skills

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active California Bar membership in good standing
  • At least 5 years of civil or probate litigation experience
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Experience managing cases and deadlines independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
