Overview

The Micro Market Vending Stocker at Aramark is responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring products are properly stocked and equipment is well maintained. The role involves managing inventory at client locations and communicating with customer employees about new product interests.

Key responsibilities

  • Unload and stock daily inventory at customer site, monitoring product freshness
  • Manage ordering, delivery, and stocking of items at client location
  • Communicate with customers about new product interests
  • Use a laptop to manage inventory levels, product orders, and invoicing
  • Perform equipment repairs within capability and report issues to head office
  • Distribute promotional materials and ensure product line visibility
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed
