Overview

As the MF COO - Product Management - Lead Associate at Fannie Mae, you will play a critical role in driving product development and ensuring alignment with business objectives. By leading customer engagement activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define product requirements and contribute to innovation in housing finance.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a Product Owner responsible for product definition and delivery execution.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify user needs and product opportunities.
  • Define and maintain the PI plan in alignment with business and compliance objectives.
  • Write detailed features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback.

Required skills

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in Agile environments.
  • 3+ years of business and data analysis experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in requirements decomposition and stakeholder facilitation.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence or equivalent tools.
