Overview

U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a Metal Finisher for their 24/7 day and night shifts in Chicopee, Massachusetts. The role involves operating various metal finishing machines and maintaining product quality while adhering to safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate machines for metal finishing including chamfer barrels, polishing machines, spin dryers, and shot peen machines
  • Follow work instructions to maintain workflow and produce quality parts
  • Ensure compliance with safety instructions and use personal protective equipment
  • Complete paperwork to track traceability of parts
  • Adhere to specifications, schedules, and orders as directed by supervisors

Required skills

  • Experience with multiple machines operation and troubleshooting
  • Preventative maintenance skills
  • Knowledge of safety compliance and quality control
  • Ability to read and write English
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
