Overview

Retail Merchandising Services is looking for a Part-Time Merchandising Representative to work in retail stores around Greenwood, Indiana. The role offers flexible scheduling with part-time hours and involves various merchandising tasks such as stocking, organizing, and data collection within a 15-mile radius of the employee's home.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time
  • Stock and organize products, audit placement, tag/sign items, collect data, and maintain planograms
  • Report completed in-store projects through a mobile app
  • Make routine decisions and escalate store issues as needed
  • Manage schedules to meet deadlines and resolve service-related issues
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel
  • Create cooperative relationships with Channel Partners employees.

Required skills

  • Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations
  • Reliable transportation for local travel
  • Internet access with printing capabilities
  • Strong communication skills in person, by phone, and via email
  • Self-motivated with time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use basic tools such as a screwdriver and box cutter
  • Adaptability to changing priorities.
