Job Description

Overview

As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you will play a crucial role in connecting merchandising efforts with store operations, ensuring a great shopping experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include creating visually appealing product displays while also handling some customer interactions when necessary.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications
  • Verify and prep buyback items for shipping
  • Update and validate signage and wayfinding information throughout the store
  • Ensure product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels
  • Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing product displays
  • Repair or replace damaged or missing signage and merchandise
  • Provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership
  • Complete other assigned duties

Required skills

  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use web-based computer programs
  • Capability to lift 25lbs unassisted (or more with assistance)
  • Experience with product merchandising tasks
  • Ability to read planograms
  • Experience operating power equipment
  • Working knowledge of essential hand tools
