Overview

As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you will play a vital role in enhancing the store experience by managing product displays and ensuring accurate signage and pricing. This position involves working closely with the Merchandising and Store Operations teams to create visually appealing and accessible product showcases that meet the needs of customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to specifications.
  • Verify buyback items and prepare them for shipping.
  • Update and validate wayfinding and product location signage.
  • Ensure product pricing information is visible and replace missing price labels.
  • Stage clearance products and maintain proper product locations.
  • Repair or replace damaged signage and merchandise.
  • Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
  • Engage with customers when necessary to assist with product inquiries.

Required skills

  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use web-based computer programs
  • Capability to lift at least 25lbs unassisted
  • Experience in product merchandising
  • Knowledge of power equipment operation
