Overview

As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience by supporting merchandising and store operations. Your main focus will be on creating visually appealing product displays and ensuring accurate signage and pricing information throughout the store.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to specifications
  • Verify buyback items and prepare them for shipping
  • Update and validate store signage and digital information
  • Confirm product pricing visibility and replace missing labels
  • Assist in staging clearance products and sorting merchandise
  • Repair or replace damaged signage and merchandise as needed
  • Analyze metrics and provide feedback to leadership
  • Engage with customers to answer questions and assist with locating merchandise

Required skills

  • Sales and marketing experience
  • Knowledge of merchandising and product display techniques

  • Ability to read and understand planograms
  • Experience with power equipment such as lifts and order pickers
