Overview

As a Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's, you will play a crucial role in connecting Merchandising with Store Operations, ensuring a great shopping experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include creating attractive product displays, verifying pricing and signage, and assisting with store resets, while enjoying the support of a flexible schedule and various benefits.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications
  • Verify buyback items and prepare them for shipping
  • Update and validate product signage and wayfinding information
  • Ensure product pricing information is clear and replace missing price labels
  • Stage clearance products and organize displays to drive add-on sales
  • Repair or replace damaged items and communicate project needs with the team
  • Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution
  • Engage with customers to answer questions and assist in locating merchandise
