Job Description

Overview

As a Merchandising Services Associate at Lowe's, you'll be a vital link between Merchandising and Store Operations, responsible for creating visually appealing product displays and ensuring accurate signage and pricing information. This role primarily focuses on merchandising tasks while also providing opportunities for customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to specifications.
  • Verify buyback items and ensure they are ready for shipping.
  • Update and validate product location signage and digital information.
  • Confirm product pricing is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
  • Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and sorting items appropriately.
  • Repair or replace damaged items and communicate with the Merchandising Services Team.
  • Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.

Required skills

  • Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and listen effectively.
  • Experience with web-based computer programs.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.
  • Sales floor experience and product merchandising knowledge.
  • Experience operating power equipment like lifts and order pickers.
  • Working knowledge of essential tools such as drills and saws.
