Advantage Solutions Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser Retail Team Lead in Windsor, Ontario, to shape the future of shopping experiences. This role involves providing in-store merchandising support and requires leadership in reporting and training while promoting growth within the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers
  • Build displays and end caps
  • Reset shelves to maximize sales opportunities
  • Support leadership with reporting and training
  • Perform physical work including moving, bending, and standing
  • Record work using a smartphone or tablet

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience and/or planogram experience
  • Team leadership skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to travel locally
