Overview

The Merchandise Execution Associate role at The Home Depot Canada focuses on in-store merchandising activities to enhance the customer experience. Associates will collaborate with teams to execute merchandising strategies, maintain displays, and ensure that products are organized in alignment with store standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform merchandising service activities including planogram maintenance and display setup
  • Read and interpret planograms and merchandising instructions
  • Maintain visual presentation and cleanliness of merchandise
  • Execute pricing and labeling changes as required
  • Partner with store leadership to manage damaged or unsellable items
  • Answer customer inquiries about products and store layout
  • Utilize store systems to access and report on merchandising activities
  • Complete assigned training and adhere to safety procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish goals
