Mercantile Hall is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to assist couples in planning their wedding events at their beautiful venue in Burlington, Wisconsin. The role includes leading tours, scheduling events, and converting inquiries into bookings while promoting a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging venue tours for prospective couples
  • Meet weekly tour and booking goals
  • Convert tours into bookings by building trust and providing insights
  • Maintain follow-up through calls, texts, and email
  • Address couples' inquiries and feedback promptly
  • Develop relationships with local businesses to increase corporate event bookings
  • Foster a supportive team culture

Required skills

  • Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or high-touch sales
  • Service-minded and goal-oriented
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
