Overview

Northstar Behavioral Health Network is seeking a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker for the overnight shift in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. This role is integral to providing support and rehabilitation services to individuals dealing with substance use disorders, particularly opioid and stimulant addictions, as part of a dedicated team focused on transforming lives through compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise recipients to ensure their health and safety under the guidance of mental health professionals
  • Provide rehabilitative mental health services according to treatment plans
  • Respond to emergency situations in accordance with established policies and procedures
