Overview

City Fitness is looking for highly motivated Membership Sales Consultants in Philadelphia to help expand their membership base. The role involves connecting with prospective members, understanding their fitness goals, and guiding them towards suitable membership options while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with prospective members in-person and over the phone to understand their fitness goals and needs.
  • Conduct engaging tours of the facilities, showcasing key features and benefits.
  • Present and sell various membership options, effectively communicating their value.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all prospective and current members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
