The Membership Representative & Registration Desk Attendant is a part-time role at the Sewickley Valley YMCA, focusing on exceptional customer service, sales, and administrative support. This position involves creating a welcoming environment, driving membership growth, and assisting in program registrations.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests warmly and ensure secure entry
  • Conduct facility tours and explain membership benefits
  • Process registrations for youth sports, swim lessons, and fitness classes
  • Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments, and balance the cash drawer
  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries
  • Address member questions, concerns, or billing issues
