Job Description: About The Legacy Club The Legacy Club is a new private members' club opening in Plano, Texas-designed to bring thoughtful connection, elevated hospitality, and curated experiences to life. As a growing concept, we are building a dynamic team of creative, collaborative, organized, and service-driven individuals who want to help shape something meaningful from the ground up. Position Overview The Membership Coordinator serves as the organizational and administrative right hand to the Director of Membership, Brand & Culture. This role supports the day-to-day execution of membership communications, prospective member follow-up, member onboarding, marketing administration, event coordination, and departmental organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, polished, and comfortable moving between multiple priorities while ensuring details are completed accurately and on time. Role focus: coordination, communication, organization, and execution. Key Responsibilities Director & Department Support Membership Administration & Communications Member Onboarding & Relationship Support Tours & Prospective Member Support Marketing Administration Events & Member Programming support Referral Program & ReportingQualifications 2-4 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, hospitality, membership, events, marketing operations, or client service role. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through. Polished written and verbal communication skills with a warm, service-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple calendars, deadlines, communication channels, and priorities without losing details. Comfort working in CRM platforms, social media scheduling tools, email marketing systems,spreadsheets, and shared project-management platforms. Sound judgment and discretion when handling member information and sensitive communications. Willingness to work select evenings and occasional weekends for club events and programming. Private club, luxury hospitality, membership, or event experience preferred.
