Overview

Canopy Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions I (Collections) to help maintain a financially sound loan portfolio while supporting the community's financial wellness. This full-time role, based in Spokane with hybrid remote work eligibility, emphasizes financial inclusion and customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a financially sound loan portfolio through early delinquency control.
  • Contact all 16-60 day delinquent loans weekly, including co-borrowers.
  • Make follow-up calls on delinquent loan accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Determine reasons for default and take appropriate actions.
  • Process daily payments on delinquent accounts and recommend financial coaching.
  • Assist with various support tasks for Member Solutions team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.
