Overview

The Member Service Representative (MSR) at L.E. Cox Medical Centers will support various lines of business by handling inquiries related to benefits, claims, authorizations, and membership. The role involves communicating effectively with providers, members, customers, and brokers to ensure clarity regarding coverage and claims.
