Overview

The Member Experience Representative at BluPeak Credit Union is responsible for meeting operations and sales objectives while building loyal member relationships. This role involves managing cash transactions, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure members feel welcomed and provide a World Class Personalized Experience
  • Maintain a teller drawer and process cash and check deposits and withdrawals accurately
  • Post loan payments and process various transaction requests
  • Answer telephone calls and provide information on savings and loan rates
  • Balance cash drawer in required time frame
  • Perform file maintenance duties for various accounts and transactions
  • Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet financial needs
  • Establish new memberships and coordinate loan application processes
  • Comply with anti-money laundering laws and other regulatory requirements
  • Assist team members to achieve individual and team goals

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of experience in a financial institution
  • Sales and cash handling experience
  • Technology proficiency in loan origination systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation
  • Ability to work branch operational hours including weekends
