Overview

This role is for an experienced Double Board-Certified Internal Medicine and Pediatric Physician to serve as the Med/Peds Residency Program Director. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of teaching experience and will be responsible for leading and developing a strong residency program while precepting residents in their combined clinic.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Med/Peds residency program
  • Precept residents in their combined Internal Medicine and Pediatric clinic
  • Develop program curriculum and training materials
  • Oversee program accreditation and compliance

Required skills

  • Double Board-Certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience
  • Leadership and clinical management skills
  • Experience in health care administration and program development
