Overview

CMDA Placement Services is seeking a Medpeds Physician Assistant to join a solo physician in a caring and innovative Internal Medicine and Pediatrics practice. This role offers a family-oriented atmosphere where the practitioner can work Monday to Friday with a focus on long-term patient relationships and a variety of medical cases.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide routine and complicated care for Internal Medicine and Pediatrics patients under physician oversight
  • Conduct in-house treatments for conditions like hypertension, diabetes, asthma/COPD, and more
  • Perform skin biopsies, joint injections, PAP smears, and vascular and ultrasound studies
  • Participate in limited very low volume call sharing from home
  • Foster long-term relationships with patients

Required skills

  • Experience in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
