Overview

Humana is seeking Medicare Sales Field Agents to join their collaborative team in Roanoke, Virginia. This field-based role focuses on educating individuals about Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and providing exceptional customer service through grassroots marketing and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trust and educate individuals on Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings.
  • Create connections through grassroots marketing and community events.
  • Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals.
  • Expand Humana's presence in the market by building community relationships.

Required skills

  • Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain
  • Background in selling Medicare products
  • Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
  • Valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance
  • Bilingual in English and another language preferred
