Overview

Humana is seeking experienced Medicare Field Sales Agents to join their Nashville team. This field-based role involves engaging with the community to educate individuals on Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings, building trust through personalized interactions, and contributing to Humana's mission of prioritizing health and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans.
  • Create meaningful connections through grassroots marketing and community events.
  • Engage in self-generated sales and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct face-to-face visits in prospective members' homes.

Required skills

  • Active Health Insurance License
  • Experience engaging with the community through various activities
  • Ability to work independently in a field role
  • Valid state driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
  • Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License (preferred)
  • 1+ years' experience selling Medicare products (preferred)
  • Public speaking or presentation experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce & CRM
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
