CarePlus is seeking a Medicare Sales Field Agent in Polk County to engage with the local community and promote Humana's Medicare Advantage plans. This role emphasizes building trust through face-to-face interactions and grassroots marketing to enhance service delivery and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trust and educate prospective members on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans.
  • Create connections through community marketing events and in-home visits.
  • Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals.
  • Expand Humana's market presence by building relationships in the community.

Required skills

  • Active Health Insurance License
  • Experience selling Medicare products
  • Public speaking or presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Valid state driver's license and personal vehicle liability insurance
