Position Details: Medical Technologist - Blood Bank Lead - $5,000 Sign On Bonus!Full TimeMercy - RogersRequirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, or clinical or medical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution.Experience: At least four years of laboratory experience in high complexity Blood Bank testingRequired Certifications: Current certification as medical technologist/medical laboratory scientist or categorical MT/MLS certification through the American Society for Clinical Pathology or equivalent. Other: Operation and maintenance of standard laboratory equipment. Skill in phlebotomy procedures. Basic Computer knowledge. Preferred Experience: 4 years blood bank experience preferred. Why Mercy?
