The right candidate thrives in a busy environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.In this role, you'll support both our clinical and administrative teams by:Preparing patient charts and documentation for appointmentsRooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and assisting providers during office visitsEntering information into the electronic health record (EHR)Answering phones and responding to patient communicationsAssisting with scheduling, referrals, laboratory tasks, and other office workflowsWorking collaboratively with providers and teammates to keep patients moving efficiently through their visitThis position requires occasional travel to our satellite clinic locations to provide coverage and support as operational needs require.We offer paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, along with an unparalleled retirement plan.
