Position Details: Located at MERCY SURGERY CENTER SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI FULL TIME MINIMUM Qualifications:Education: High school diploma.Licensure: Valid Driver's LicenseExperience: Previous experience in a Medical Office or customer service position.Other: - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to type 50 wpm. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office.Preferred Certifications: BLS preferred The Medical Navigator provides personalized support throughout the patient experience, coordinating care, managing logistics, facilitating communication, and helping patients navigate treatment plans.
