Job Description

Overview

As a Medical Lab Scientist at Medical City Fort Worth, you will perform and demonstrate proficiency in various areas of the clinical laboratory, contributing to the best experiences for patients. This role requires a commitment to service, safety, and professionalism while working alongside a team dedicated to quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform chemical, bacteriological, serological, and microscopic procedures in one or more laboratory sections
  • Maintain records of performance, patient results, and quality control
  • Conduct preventive and remedial maintenance of laboratory equipment
  • Assist with laboratory training programs as required

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Medical Laboratory Scientist certification or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a hospital setting preferred
