LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Director Physician to provide oversight and support for psychotherapy clinicians, enhancing their professional growth through education and coaching. The role involves collaborating on clinical strategies and operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive culture within the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and support for psychotherapy clinicians
  • Engage in clinician education and orientation
  • Lead training, coaching, and professional growth initiatives
  • Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate quality metrics
  • Partner with operations leaders on staffing and recruitment
  • Support clinical integrity and compliance processes
  • Conduct clinical record reviews and manage clinical risks

Required skills

  • MA or PhD/PsyD in clinical psychology or related field
  • 5+ years of clinical experience
  • Active clinical license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing diverse teams
  • Knowledge of clinical best practices and compliance standards
  • Ability to develop and improve business processes
