The Medical Case Manager EI position at Managed Care Advisors offers an opportunity to provide high-quality care remotely to workers with occupational injuries. The role emphasizes coordinating medical care, developing case management plans, and ensuring effective communication among all parties involved in the care process.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop case management plans for injured workers throughout their recovery stages
  • Implement integrated medical disability case management services
  • Serve as a communication link between various parties in medical disability cases
  • Work independently while being part of a nationwide support team
  • Track patient improvement goals in a database

Required skills

  • Unrestricted State Registered Nursing License
  • 3+ years related clinical experience with at least 1 year in workers' compensation or similar fields
  • National Certification in case management or related fields preferred
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and documentation
  • Reliable high-speed internet service
