Overview

The Medical Assistant III Float Pool at CoxHealth in the Branson Area is responsible for performing both administrative and clinical duties. This includes scheduling appointments, managing patient records, measuring vital signs, and administering medications as directed by a physician while working under supervision.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Perform data entry in medical records
  • Measure and record vital signs
  • Collect demographics and medical information
  • Prepare patients for examination
