Overview

A Medical Equipment Delivery Educator at L.E. Cox Medical Centers will be responsible for the delivery, setup, and education of durable medical equipment and supplies in various settings. The role involves providing 24-hour coverage and effectively triaging calls from Home Support customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver and set up durable medical equipment and supplies in customer homes and clinical settings
  • Provide education on equipment usage to customers
  • Triaging customer calls effectively
  • Maintain knowledge of respiratory and DME equipment trends
  • Comply with regulatory agencies and CoxHealth Home Support policies
  • Maintain organized work area for efficient order processing
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding problems and solutions
  • Utilize inventory management systems efficiently
