The role involves managing all types and sizes of projects in the healthcare sector, from conception to construction, while leading a project team and interfacing with clients to ensure technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead projects from concept to completion
  • Interface with clients and manage project team and schedules
  • Ensure technical excellence throughout the project
  • Schedule and manage tasks for the mechanical discipline
  • Represent the mechanical discipline in meetings

Required skills

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • 9+ years in architectural engineering consulting
  • Expertise in mechanical engineering
  • Knowledge of construction costs and life cycle analysis
  • Experience managing small projects or being second point of contact on larger projects
  • Strong technical and formal communication skills
