Overview

The Mechanical Project Coordinator at US Tsubaki Industrial is responsible for overseeing layout, fabrication, and installation of mechanical systems, including steel structures and piping. The role requires extensive knowledge and experience in the mechanical trades and emphasizes effective communication with management and clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee layout, fabrication, and assembly of mechanical systems
  • Perform installation of steel structures, piping systems, and related equipment
  • Manage construction personnel on site, including subcontractors and temps
  • Communicate labor hours and performance metrics to management
  • Conduct quality audits on all onsite work
  • Review purchase requests and submit them for approvals
  • Report daily construction personnel to the project manager
